We are living in a moment of profound historical and cultural change regarding the dynamics in couples. A monogamous and exclusive approach to relationships is increasingly being discussed and questioned, while new forms of being together are taking their place alongside the traditional model of the monogamous couple.
The desire to open up one’s relationship, to enter into a polyamorous constellation, or find a “tailor-made” balance with one’s partner sometimes brings confusion and bewilderment. Similarly, those who wish to invest in an exclusive relationship may feel inadequate or not up to the expectations of a contemporary society that explicitly invites us to be “open”.
In this space, we will work on the tumult of desires and feelings, at once opposing each other and equally present in the mind, in order to focus on what we really want for ourselves.
